Jan maintains a studio in her Crozet, Virginia home in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. After teaching English in junior and senior high school, working as a Speech Pathologist and raising two children, she is now painting and promoting her art and related products full time.
She continues to expand her knowledge, understanding and appreciation of Art by attending college level classes and taking workshops offered by well known and accomplished artists.
Participation in exhibitions and shows has been fulfilling. Seeing her work in public and private collections has been rewarding.
